小喬霓托育早教中心以“三人行”理念與名稱“XQN”相結合，將閃耀的星星作為圖形形態，與自貢地域特色相融合，明亮五彩繽紛的霓虹燈，照亮我們的生活，仰頭便能仰望到無數閃亮的星光，是孩子天性自然釋放、智慧探索的象征，也是我們信念的體現；連續的排列方式，是緊密聯系、環環相扣的體現，代表幼兒堅韌不拔的精神，也代表幼兒每個成長階段都不可或缺；相互的連接造型，又似我們為幼兒共同構建起的溫暖充滿愛的場所，是有愛有家理念的體現；整體以“手拉手”概念圖形為造型，充滿延續感，是以人為本，平等友愛、一往無前的象征。
麥吉乇在充分了解需求之后，設計師以不忘初心、堅持心靈信念理念為貫穿；表達師生團結凝聚、包容呵護、共同成長的理念。
