元培雙語幼兒園傳承北大元培校長的變革創新精神，弘揚晉商精神，崇尚“大樹精神”，欲為大樹，莫與草爭的元培精神。本著“尊重兒童、跟隨兒童”為宗旨，以國際先進的蒙臺梭利教育、國際雙語為特色，培養健康、自信、有競爭力的兒童；培養開放、包容、學習、尊重、溫暖的團隊精神；傳承中國、晉商優秀文化，吸收、借鑒、融合國際上最先進的教育理念，培養優秀的國際化兒童。
設計前期，麥吉乇的設計師們多次奔赴現場，考察周邊環境，感受地域的不同氣質，為設計做充分準備。設計師將中西文化友好的相容，是國際化、放大格局的體現，也是培養文化修養，積淀文化底蘊、精神靈魂的象征，是園所將培育具有中國魂幼兒的體現。

In the early stage of the design, the designers of maijituo went to the site many times to investigate the surrounding environment, feel the different temperament of the region, and make full preparation for the design. The friendly compatibility between Chinese and Western cultures is the embodiment of internationalization and amplification, the symbol of cultivating cultural accomplishment, accumulating cultural heritage and spiritual soul, and the embodiment of the kindergarten's cultivation of children with Chinese spirit.
